REFUND POLICY
30-Day Return Policy on the following:
- Non-seasonal merchandise
- Refunded amount amount will be given by the same method of purchase
- Seasonal merchandise must be returned 3 days prior to the holiday or season end
- A grace period of 14 days is necessary for cash refunds on merchandise purchased by check
48-Hour Return Policy on the following:
- Upholstered furniture, tables, and dining sets
- Plants, in original containers and in original selling condition
No Returns on the following:
- “As is” or clearance items
- Books and publications
- Custom furniture
- Custom Floral Designs
- Custom Framing
- Cut Ribbon and Bows
TREE & SHRUB WARRANTY
Prairie Gardens Plant Warranty covers trees and shrubs through November 30th of the year of purchase. Sales receipt, as well as the dead plant, must be returned in store to receive return credit for any dead tree or shrub. These plants are guaranteed to be healthy and true to name at the time of purchase. The warranty does NOT cover damage or failure due to inadequate watering, weather related damage/failure, mechanical damage/failure from animals or humans or unexpected growth patterns.
Dead trees or shrubs returned within the warranty period, with receipt, will be replaced with a store credit for 100% of purchase price to be used on plant material. There are no cash refunds on any plant material. Warranty is not valid on replacement plants. Sales receipt, as well as the dead plant, must be returned in store to receive return credit for any dead tree or shrub.
This is a one-time replacement warranty. Trees and shrubs purchased with a store credit are not covered by this guarantee.
