Top-of-the-Line Mat Boards
Acid is one of the top enemies of artwork, causing discoloration and damage over time.
That’s why we only use acid-free matboards to protect your piece for a lifetime. Additionally, our mats are bleed-free and fade-resistant.
We offer two types of Custom Framing matboards:
Conservation Quality Matboards
- Purified and buffered with calcium carbonate to maintain a neutral pH.
- Ideal for limited edition prints, valuable documents, photography, and personal or monetary valuables
100% Cotton Matboards
- Naturally acid-free and lignin-free
- perfect for preserving original artwork, historical documents, and original photography.
Incredible Moulding Selection
We use only solid wood or metal mouldings for our frames—never resin materials.
This ensures your frame is durable and protects your piece from environmental factors.
Sealing & Dust Covers – it’s all in the details!
During assembly, we add a layer of acid-free foam core to support your piece and secure it in place with framing points.
We then seal the space between the frame and foam core with specialized sealing tape, providing an additional barrier against acid and environmental pollutants.
A dust cover is attached to the back of your frame to keep out dust, debris, dirt, and even insects.
This final layer of protection ensures your artwork remains pristine.
The Finishing Touch
Before your frame goes home with you, we attach high-quality hardware, including a sturdy copper wire, to ensure your piece hangs securely.
