KEY LIME CUTIES

INGREDIENTS

1 Wind & Willow Key Lime Pie Cheeseball & Dessert Mix – Find it at Prairie Gardens & Jeffrey Alans

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

1 cup powdered Sugar

2 tbs milk

1 box Vanilla Wafer Cookies

DIRECTIONS

In a mixing bowl, cream room temperature butter with a hand mixer or a wooden spoon until smooth and fluffy.  Gradually beat in the Key Lime Mix and powdered sugar until fully incorporated. Pour in milk and beat for an additional 3-4 minutes.  Spread a dollop of mixture on the flat side of a cookie and press mixture with another cookie making a sandwich.  Arrange on a plate or platter. Roll the finished cookie in the graham crunch topping packet for garnish.  Refrigerate until time to serve!

POOL SIDE DIP

INGREDIENTS

Wind & Willow Back At The Ranch Dip Mix – Find it at Prairie Gardens & Jeffrey Alans

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 red bell pepper, diced

1 jalapeno, diced

1 small can black olives, chopped

15 oz can corn, drained

2 tbs milk

1 box Vanilla Wafer Cookies

DIRECTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix together until incorporated. Serve immediately with your favorite chips or store for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.

TROPICAL DESSERT PIZZA

INGREDIENTS

1 Wind & Willow Key Lime Pie Cheeseball & Dessert Mix – Find it at Prairie Gardens & Jeffrey Alans

1 pkg. refrigerated cookie dough

8 oz. cream cheese

1/4 cup softened butter

2 cups kiwi, pineapple, mango, papaya or mandarin orange slices

3 oz pkg of your favorite flavored gelatin

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread refrigerated sugar cookie dough on a pizza pan. Bake until lightly browned. Cool. Mix Key Lime Pie Cheeseball Mix as directed and spread over cooled crust. Top with a variety of sliced fruit. Brush fruit with gelatin (made according to package instructions but not set up. Sprinkle topping mix over the top. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Cut into slices for a tasty treat that’s also lots of fun!

Ooey Gooey Lemon Bars

Ingredients

1 Wind & Willow Lemon Cheesecake Cheeseball & Dessert Mix Find it at Prairie Gardens & Jeffrey Alans

1 lemon cake mix

1 stick melted butter

3 eggs

8 oz. cream cheese

3 cups powdered sugar

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. For the crust combine cake mix, melted butter and 1 egg.  Press into a 9×13 pan.  For the topping combine Cheeseball Mix (topping used later), cream cheese, 2 eggs and powdered sugar; mix until smooth.  Pour mixture into pan on top of crust and sprinkle with topping.  Bake for 40 minutes.  Let cool before serving.

Key Lime Cheesecake Pie

Ingredients

1 Wind & Willow Key Lime Pie Cheeseball & Dessert Mix – Find it at Prairie Gardens & Jeffrey Alans

8 oz cream cheese, softened

8 oz whipped topping

4 tbs softened butter

1 graham cracker pie crust

Directions

Combine the Cheeseball Mix (Topping to be used later) with cream cheese and butter (optional). Fold in the whipped topping and spoon in pie crust. Sprinkle with contents of Topping packet. Refrigerate until serving.

Key Lime Pops

Ingredients

1 Wind & Willow Key Lime Pie Cheeseball & Dessert Mix – Find it at Prairie Gardens & Jeffrey Alans

8 oz plain water

1/2 cup water

6 popsicle molds

6 popsicle sticks

Directions

In a saucepan combine Cheeseball Mix with water, stir over medium heat until well dissolved.  Let mixture cool then stir in yogurt.  Pour yogurt mixture into the molds adding a popsicle stick to each one.  Place in freezer until frozen.  Sprinkle with the graham crunch topping and enjoy!

Mini Lemon Desert Tarts

 

Ingredients

1 Wind & Willow Lemon Cheeseball & Dessert Mix – Find it at Prairie Gardens & Jeffrey Alans

8 oz softened cream cheese

4 tbs softened butter

4 mini desert crusts

6 popsicle sticks

Directions

Prepare Cheeseball Mix as directed.  Fill mini crusts with mixture.  Sprinkle top with Topping Mix.  Wonderful! Refrigerate until serving. Low Fat Alternative:  Simply omit butter and use no-fat cream cheese! Tip: Top with fresh fruit as show in picture or pie filling!
